We started off as a small one man show cutting grass for residential customers as Michael's Mowers. We quickly grew our route to house over 120 weekly customers. This branch was built in Citrus Heights CA and spanned to Lincoln CA. Roseville CA, Rocklin CA. Antelope CA. Fair Oaks CA. and Orangevale CA. This was built from discovering that Lawn Maintenance was very poorly ran by most guys out there. We built the brand of showing up when we said we would and fixing any mistakes that happened.

We sold this side off and was blessed to take a half a year off with my family. I did lose the satisfaction of helping others with their homes and started to plan the next evolution of Michael's Mowers. I grew to love the clean up side of the business, a few day project to make the home look its best to begin regular maintenance. I was partnered up with a few different real estate agents and conceived in my front yard talking to my best friend was Real Estate Agent Focused Property Prep. We started to grow our connections with local real estate agents and helped them prep their listings for the showings and photos. 

This is not where the story ends though. We need to help more people. While growing the brand and connections we discovered there was a need for the entire service industry to be flipped on its head. I call the services 'soft services' mostly maintenance of the appearance and functionality of the property. This is where Mpire Home Services was born. We have a tight network of multiple business owners that are passionate about customer service, growth in the community and in their lives. We all have the same drive and focus for serving the customer and treating each home like it is our own.
